  1. Went along to this event and found it extremely interesting listening to the stories that make up the different books.

Joe Flannery talked about his long awaited book details of which are already on this site.

Pete McLaine was very humorous whilst talking about his book "The Man Who Said No To The Beatles". Talked about how his group The Dakotas left to back Billy J Kramer.

Tony Bolland talked about his latest book about Hessys music store in Liverpool which supplied many of the groups with equipment. Also detailed elsewhere on this site.

The other authors talked about how as agents, musicians they had been involved in the Liverpool music scene and putting their experiences into the format of a book.

A duo from East Anglia "Knotted" gave an accoustic set of original material and cover versions, whilst compere Ala Cra ran his usual quiz. Interviews were carried out by Dave Williams (The Jaywalkers) and Dave the Rave.

Next Fort Perch Rock event is Sunday 19th May being a massive memorabilia auction see adverts elsewhere on this site.
